Light on Landscape strongly recommend the use of gel boxes or other water resistant treatment for single or double 1.8mm cable joins where there is a high moisture content especially for cable runs in soil. The gel boxes are easy to work with and give a protective and durable cover to cable joins.

The mini gel boxes are suitable for single runs 1.8mm diameter cable and the regular size boxes will hold several cables.General Notes & Installation

Installation: We recommend that all installed lights and joins can always be accessed, inspected and removed. Failure to do so could result in the voiding of the manufacturer's warranty. We advise that all joins be soldered, and cable sealed with heat shrink. Fixtures cannot be pressure cleaned.
